Although PATHSA is recognised the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) in terms of section 30B of the Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962, and is except from tax in terms of section 10(1)(d)(iv)(bb), we do not quality for section 18A donation tax deductions.  Donations to PATHSA are therefore tax not deductible.
